Mr. Asif to Ali (First power exerted)	Coercive	Mr. Asif holds coercive power over Ali because Ali is being dependent on fear. It rest on application or has threat of being suspend or get a demotion. Because Ali finds the activities unpleasant and embarrassing to do.  Mr. Asif holds superiority over all in rank.
Mr. Asif to Ali (Second power exerted)	Legitimate	After talking to Mr. Asif, Ali comes to know about the rank and authority of Mr. Asif in his company which realize him of being superior to him. Mr.ali accepts the authority of Mr. Asif.
Mr. Sameer to Sami (First Power exerted)	Expert	Mr. Sameer holds the expert power over Sami because he has great expertise in this field of work with many experiences. And Sami is dependent on him for every task.
Mr. Sameer to Sami (Second power exerted)	Charismatic	After having a sitting with Mr. Sameer, Sami comes to know that he has great interpersonal skills and he idealized Mr. Sameer and get impressed from his attractive vision and going to take a personal risk.

 Ali being an employee of Hybrid International, what possible response could he show to the prevailing Organizational Politics & factors influencing it & why?

Answer:

There are so many reasons that affected the behavior of Ali as a team member. Shortage of resources causing low productivity, promotional opportunities are lower down and unclear performance evaluation system causing Ali to response in a negative sense and he may violate some ethical behavior.

 But, by taking corrective actions from the organizational politics, which influenced the behavior of every individual, Ali’s behavior also directed toward making better suggestions and improves its abilities of making better decision.
