Type of insertion in MS WORD

                                        Insert Menu:
                         You can insert anything in ms word using the insert menu.There are following insert options are present :

            Break:
                     This command is used for inserting page break,column break,or page section break at the insertion point.

           Page number:
                   This command is used for inserting page number at the top and bottom of every page and it automatically update when you add or delete the page.
      
             Date and time:
                          This command is used for inserting date and time at the insertion point.
            Auto text:
                        When you type an application or a letter.Then you need some opening and closing words such as
  1.           Dear brother
  2.            Loving Mom or dad
  3.          Hi friend
  4.           With best wishes
                Symbols:
                         To insert any type of symbol from character map at insertion point of ms word.
               Comments:
                           A comment is an opinion or discription of any word or text.
                Diagram:
                                        To make a different diagrams.
                 Text box:
                                        Draw a text box.It helps us to write text with graphics.
                  Object:
                                      We can hold differnt types of an object.For example we selected bitmap program.Draw any thing.This will added in our current document as an object.
                   Hyperlinks:   Ctrl+K
                                      An icon,picture or specially marked text located on the page that calls new information to the screen when user select it.

  1. This post describes types of insertion in MS word. Each terms and action is explained well. I think you can also give example for each action. This is one of the best ways to define Insert menu which include several options.
