Type of Views in MS WORD

                                  There are 5 views in MS Word 2003 and 4 views in ms word 2002.

  1.                     Normal view
  2.                    Web layout
  3.                     Print view
  4.                     Outline view
  5.                    Reading layout
       Task pan:
                          you can active and deactivate the task pane.It is toggle command.
       Tool bars:
                         All tool bars used in ms word place here.  You can active and deactivate it on your choice.
      Ruler:
                      This is also toggle command and used for active and deactivate horizontal or vertical rulers.
      Document Map:
                       It displays the outlines of document on vertical pane along left edge.It quickly brows the document or file when you select it.
         
      Headers and Footers:
                    Add or change the text that appears the top ang bottom of every page.it contanins page number, numbers of pages,title,headings another name e.t.c.
