2) Creating questionnaire
3) Generate report
4) Negative marking and develop statical report

Functional and non Functional Requirements:

Functional requirements:all the project deliverable are in functional requirements.

Non-functional requirements: the software or tool that used in automated scoring for scanned mcqs test use only java, c++, dot net technologies .or matlab. These are the non-functional requirements of software .the tool should fulfill these system requirements.

Use Case Diagram(s):

                 Diagram :

Usage Scenarios:
In this diagram different use cases are used

Use case names: create questionnaire, import and print, test extract and result
Negative marking generate statical report.

Actors: user
Preconditions: the user want to create questionnaire import and print and also extract the answer sheet of the scanned mcqs and generated the report and result on the basis of scanned mcqs .
Post condition: the information after generate report and print result.
Uses: automate the result of scanned mcqs test
Extended: none
Alternative path:1) if the user does not entered phase it does not generated any thing.
2)uses: exit
Exception:1) the system does not allow the user to import the information that in report
Assumption:1)the create questioners will cover all information and have full option of generate mcqs and generate the report only test questionnaires and have print option only for those.
2) user can generate report and print questionnaire   only those questionnaire that generated by the user .
each use case can be elaborated this way .
