Tool Menu

    
                                       Tool menu has following options:
                     Spelling and grammar: F7
                        check the  Spelling and grammar and display suggestions correcting them in active document.     
                     Word count:
                         It counts the number of pages,word,characters,paragraph and line in active documents.
                     Auto summarize:
                            It is selected 25% by defaut.It can automatically summerize the key points in the active document.
                    Customize:
                           Customize the tools bar button or menu commands.
                    Macro:
                           Select the "macros" and a dialogue box will open. where you want to add or delete new macro use the option "record new macro".
