 Ali being an employee of Hybrid International, what possible response could he show to the prevailing Organizational Politics & factors influencing it & why?
Answer:
There are so many reasons that affected the behavior of Ali as a team member. Shortage of resources causing low productivity, promotional opportunities are lower down and unclear performance evaluation system causing Ali to response in a negative sense and he may violate some ethical behavior.

 But, by taking corrective actions from the organizational politics, which influenced the behavior of every individual, Ali’s behavior also directed toward making better suggestions and improves its abilities of making better decision.
